Sorting Society: Scientists, Normies & Stubborn Folk

We have a group of people, each with a number (their "belief score"). Our goal is to get them arranged from lowest to highest. But each person has a meme type:

Scientist: "If the evidence (numbers) says I'm in the wrong spot, I'll move."
Normie: "I won't move unless everyone else is sorted. Then I'll fall in line."
Stubborn: "I never move, no matter what! Everyone else must walk around me."

Sometimes, the group might get less sorted as they shuffle around, aiming for the bigger goal of complete order. Think of it as "two steps forward, one step back."
